Requisitos:
- Licenciatura finalizada
- 5-8 años en rol similar
- Inglés avanzado
- Excel avanzado
- Experiencia en sector financiero, Fintech, medios de pago
- Expertise comprobable en adquirencia
- Gestiona todas las fases de las operaciones de depósito y pago
- Expertise en operación de Call center, backoffice, soporte y boarding
- Experiencia en gestión de personas: presencial y remoto
- Seniority intermedio: capaz de entender e implementar estrategia, trato con C level y gestión de equipos de trabajo
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita

Responsabilidades:
- Responsable de Informes de gestión de KPI para medir los factores críticos de éxito y la eficacia general. Elaboración de informes operativos mensuales estándar.
- Desarrollar y motivar un equipo de alto rendimiento comprometido con la excelencia en el servicio en todo momento.
- Desarrollar, implementar y monitorear de principio a fin, controles clave de procesos que mitiguen de manera efectiva el riesgo operacional de la compañía.
