Title and Summary Principal Product Manager - TechnicalOverview Leads ideation, design, and development of new and existing infrastructure technologies and environments, both in the cloud and on-premise, to fulfill internal and external customer requirements. Develops complex infrastructure problem resolutions as well as software and hardware solutions to address technical issues. Manages the lifecycle of cloud and on-premise infrastructure to ensure internal and external customer needs are met and products are maximized.

Designs holistic infrastructure security posture, which includes proactively identifying security risks and implementing risk mitigation plans and control functions. Designs and implements process improvement efforts to identify and test opportunities for automation and/or reduction in time to deployment. Implements troubleshooting guides and technical assistance processes and guides development programmers to resolve issues with new and existing software.

Provides technical thought leadership for architecting new infrastructure capabilities and establishing technical strategies and roadmaps. Mentors, coaches, and conducts technical training to develop talent across the organization. Role Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives related to network connectivity, both in cloud and on-premise environments, providing guidance and establishing consistency.

Experience supporting the development of architectural standards within global technology domains and sub-domains to ensure consistency. Demonstrated success at selecting and evaluating new technology that will adhere to innovative industry trends and practices. Experience contributing to intellectual property to be applied to project work and shared with internal colleagues.

Expected to act as an technical subject matter expert, working to advance core engineering quality by improving existing processes and identifying new tools and technologies. Experience designing and implementing complex systems using AWS as cloud provider and domestic data centers as on-premise schemas. Prior experience designing Payments platforms/solutions, ideally within SPEI network.

Experiences Extensive experience cultivating strategic internal and external relationships to facilitate cross-functional planning and execution. Extensive experience on solutions implemented in Cloud, On-Premise as well as Hybrid, environments. Experience communicating updates and complex architecture issues to senior management.

Experience creating and delivering presentations for internal learning, training events, and/or business discussions. Experience motivating and providing regular feedback to team members; resolves performance issues. Corporate Security Responsibility
