Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Generalista de Recursos Humanos.

What you’ll do:

Assist the Human Resources Manager in the application of policies and Personnel programs.  Execute technical performance in the processes of selection, training, benefits and others. Maintain and update all relevant actions to programs that contribute to employee satisfaction and the establishment of a positive working environment that reinforce the philosophy of Eaton.

TasksParticipate and support internal recruitment process as per processes and procedure. Administer employees benefits and services to the employees, such as/ but not limite to: Educational, Eaton University, Infotep, Uniforms, EPP, Credit Union, Health Program, Cafeteria, among others. Keep personnel file and administrative department files.

Support Learning and development program, keeping records of training according to the requirements of ISO 9001, EQMS, MESH, and/or others regulations based on business needs.  Responsible for administration of employees ID, ensuring to follow security guidelineAssist employees with the use of benefit plans and the interpretation of company policies. Process and manage a diversity of confidential information related to personnel, such as salaries, personal data, and others.

Participate induction of new personnel and other to complete evaluation of applicants. Update employee data in Eaton and New soft system.

Assign Entry to the system training, prepare training certification and update training files. Assist General Management in the absence of department Administrative Assistant.

Assist to Financial Department to prepare payroll in the absence/vacation of Assistant Plant controller.  Collaborate with preparation of the different HR activities. Participate in the process of preparation of Christmas baskets and Christmas lunchUpdate data for Accounting Department which will be the base for preparation of payroll.

Review and correct in the system daily time and attendance (absences, permission, sick leave) prepare a weekly report and calculate the percentage of lost hours.


Complete insurance forms to register and exclude employees to the health and life insurance.Responsible HR visitors and providers screening as requested, also for interview candidates.Support induction training program for new employees

Responsible for managing employees daily food

Support employee recognition program

Responsible to process employee terminations: legal documents, logistic coordination's, internal reports, including monitoring of temporary personnel, severance calculations, analysis of trends of voluntary and involuntary turnover. Drive local initiatives and support employee relations process to increase Engagement, manage disciplinary processes, submitting documents to DR Minister of Labor, attendance control, and performance appraisal execution and correct systems registration and filing. Support and follow locally the local Eaton Communication Plan for the site, action plan completion, update murals, prepare and deliver emails, memos and letters related to HR management and prepare presentations for employees meeting and HR programs communications as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Intermediate Knowledge of English LanguageMicrosoft Office knowledgeKnowledge of Labor RegulationsWide knowledge of Social SecurityPersonnel Administration Training preferibleDegree in Psychology, Business Administration or related area  Experience, two to three in Human Resources area.
