Summary
Dedicated to growing the channel distribution of our brand portfolio in a sustainable and innovative way, aligned with the MX distributors, developing further current and new commercial relations across the sales channel. This role will direct and control the execution of sales and trade development plans with the customers and distributors in order to generate brand building/awareness and achieve optimum profitable sales value.
Responsibilities
1.Responsible to ensure the successful execution of all On Premise brand marketing strategy nationally, workin with the distribuitors multifunctional teams. Monitor and communicate competitive activity, opportunities and plan status through monthly reporting.
2. Work collaboratively to Mexico commercial management team, following the macro strategy for the market,Aligned with a performance strategy monitoring: stablish individual targets to each customer segmented by brand portfolio fit.
3. Continuously observe market trends and actively search for new business opportunities in the market, identifying potential for improvement.
4. Create Lighthouse accounts programming and rankings that will orientate management and map development opportunities.
5. Work along with distributor`s cross functional teams to align resources and execute plans. Act as a brand ambassador while showcasing our portfolio and hosting trainings to trade/staff.
6. Collaborate with the distributors to shape the fundamental Sales & Marketing execution in the Key/Lighthouse On Premise accounts in Mexico, focusing on building High Margin brands.
7. Focus expanding depletions while protecting margins, including managing promotional spend against budget by customer, and ensuring effectiveness of this spending to optimize the outcome.
8. Review and manage customer’s depletion and inventory levels, with the distributor support to expand distribution and execute local market programs. Identify final consumers targeting the creation of a consumer database for DTC strategy in Mexico.
9. Manage and coordinate special events, seminars and visits by the Company winemakers and marketing personnel, by working closely with distributors sales/ Marketing Services Associate.
