Impact on the business
· P&L responsibility:
- Lead the collaboration and negotiation with Finance, AMG, and Distribution teams to establish Financial Targets and strategic levers to achieve FRP.
- Maximize Wealth portfolio profit across the client continuum
- Support Private Clients, Premier Executive and Wealth Premier expansion and Premier Advance growth.
· Strategic Wealth initiatives:
- Value proposition of wealth products & solutions for Private Bank relaunch, strengthening of Premier Executive, best-in class wealth products with multi-channel simple and efficient customer journeys.
- Launch of a unified and stream-lined Investment Financing and Wealth Credit solutions to meet client’s liquidity needs.
· Wealth and client growth: Achieve KPIs by developing existing and new client relationships through the effective use of customer analytics and targeted Wealth campaigns to drive penetration, linkage, client service excellence and WPB performance.
· Wealth Solutions: Complete regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long term needs and advise them on the Wealth products and services that help them achieve their goals.
· Wealth regulatory and financial crime risk ownership as well as operational integrity
Knowledge & Experience
1. Knowledge & Experience
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferably an MBA or Master in Finance
· Strong technical skills in wealth management
· Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
· Strong networking and portfolio management skills
· Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
· Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
· Able to communicate proficiently in English and local language
2. Accreditations
· Preferred but not mandatory, attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications/license as required by market (Mexico: AMIB III, investment banking certification)
3. Leadership Capabilities
· Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a proven management track record
· Have an understanding of the immediate regional Global Wealth strategy and the ability to plan own activities accordingly
· Show ability to set stretch goals for self and the ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
· Be ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients
· Be authentic and show ability to engage with colleagues and clients to deliver at pace
