Lead the Operational Excellence function for the country to develop and implement functional strategy to identify, analyze and improve existing general business processes to reduce costs, defects/errors, rework and improve product/service quality in line with the global business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies. Responsible will lead the sub-functions of HSE, Security, Quality, Project Delivery, Continuous Process improvement together with OMS FC System implementation and Project Delivery. This role will be an active contributor to the Mexico board, being part of strategic decisions and contributing to the growth of the company

Responsabilidades

Lead the Ops Excellence function for the country to develop and implement functional strategy to identify, analyze and improve existing general business processes to reduce costs, defects/errors, rework and improve product/service quality in line with the country business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies Define strategy and direction for administrative or programmatic business process improvements for the country. (Security, Safety, Quality and Continuous Improvement) Conceptualize, design, refine and implement Operational Excellence global programs and define new programs for the country Develop business processes to analyze and evaluate performance data, process controls, quality and timeliness of program deliverables, and workforce planning Determine and initiate plans to organize and controls projects assigned to incumbent through application of Ops Process & Performance principles, practices, and techniques Oversee implementation and evaluation of various Ops Process & Performance programs and formulate program initiatives, strategies, and policies necessary to improve practices and processes in the country Develop plans and schedules, estimate resources requirements, defines milestones and deliverables, monitors activities, and evaluates accomplishments Steer high impact plans to identify alternative solutions to unique business problems in assigned projects, integrates the work as a team and predict the impact on future processing Develop and introduce plans to manage operational activities to improve performance and efficiency Provide expert and high level advice to managers and supervisors regarding the training needs for staff Encourage in-house training capabilities and where in-house training is lacking, approve appropriate vendor training Responsible to evaluate from OE disciplines new trends, business and commercial proposals. Support BCA’s and startups in country Responsible to communicate with business, customers and employees on processes and governance in operations Achieve objectives looking for savings in the P&L of the country
