JOB DUCK IS HIRING A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

A human resources (HR) Generalist facilitates communication between the Human Resources department and employees working for clients. They also coordinate human resources activities, including performance management, leave reporting, compensation, etc. The HR Generalist will be in charge of creating a positive work environment for new hires and fostering collaboration while supporting employees.

The starting salary is USD $900

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
•Coordinating news and information on policy changes, growth opportunities, compensation updates, etc.
•Keeping up-to-date employee records with hiring, changes in employment status, leaves, or salary raises.
•Following up with candidates regarding their matchmaking process
•Addressing employee relations concerns, complaints, or other employee issues.
•Reviewing employees’ time tracker, and end-of-day reports
•Reviewing employees’ payroll reports
•Planning quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
•Developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization.
•Conducting onboarding and offboarding.
•Coordinating the employee recognition program.

Skills and qualifications:
•Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
•Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
•Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken)
•A degree in Human Resources or in any relevant field is preferred but not required.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Problem-solving skills
•Team management skills.
•Familiarity with Google Workspace.
•Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed(at least 30mb/s).
