- Provide primary support for The Americas including the US, Mexico and LATAM employees regarding general HR questions
- Resolves or triages HR tickets in Service Now System
- Address HR foot prints tickets, resolve and/or triage
- Coordinates onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment and responds to requests for employment verifications
- Coordinates country to country transfer process for employees
- Coordinates employee exit process including processing resignations, terminating benefits and notification to government entities as appropriate
- Processes employee data changes and reviews master data prior to payroll processing
- Participates in auditing of HR processes and paperwork, provides regular reporting and supports HR Operations projects as assigned
- Answer and assist employees and managers with all HR system issuesSupport and assist with HR Systems, Payroll Vendor, Governmental Systems and Tools
Competencias
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree desired
- Advanced English skills, both spoken and written - required
- 2-4 years of experience in basic knowledge of HR Lifecycle and Payroll processes
- General understanding of Mexican and US Labor Law, including Mexican Social Security and Mexican/US Leave of Absence
- Knowledge and experience with HCM systems including SuccessFactors, Service Now, ADP/Global View, and Kronos/eTIME
- Experience using Microsoft office including Word and Excel
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of employees with diplomacy
- Portuguese language fluency a plus, but not required
