Tasks
As the IT Specialist you will perform the following duties:
- Train new employees about company’s IT Infrastructure
- Advanced support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
- Identify risks, opportunities, faults & areas for development within IT framework
- Ensure compliance and prepare the different teams for the audits
- Report issues, advances& important information to employees
- Advise weak points, avenues for improvement& risks in IT infrastructure
- Verify the correct troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Set up new user accounts, profiles& handle password issues
- Manage stocks of equipment, components, consumables& supplies
- Support/carry out IT projects (rollouts, migrations)
- Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
* Perform other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
As the new IT Specialist you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar
- 1 - 2 years of IT Support Center experience preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems, properly classifying and prioritizing service requests
- Experience in the use and administration of remote access platforms
- Intermediate / Advanced command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and technical ability
- Good command of all Windows applications
- Detail-orientation with an ability to prioritize and resolve customer issues
- Flexi-time available
- On Site job (Monday to friday)
