We have a great opportunity for a Key Account Executivebased out of our Mexico office which will have approx. 30% domestic travel.
What YOU Will Do Here At LifeScan
You will be accountable for the sales objectives of pharmacies (Farmacias Similares, Farmacias San Pablo, & Madame Dubarry), as well asspecific projects with merchandisers on point of sales.
You will also achieve financial objectives and implement on time KPI's such as Gross sales, Net Sales, CIW(Commercial Discounts), BME (Marketing promotions and discounts), profitability, distribution in order to achieve product availability at points of sales and Market Share of each brand.
You will develop a Strategic Plan per Account and Channel, lead the team and implement on time.
Responsible of new product formulary inclusion, plan and execute strategies and tactics of the brand, channel negotiation, price strategy, marketing plans and promotions, trade marketing and category management.
Assure commercial agreements with the clients, such as payment days, commercial discounts, commercial policies, product returns, and promotions.
Identify Business opportunities with the current clients and new clients that increase growth of Lifescan brands.
Identify and communicate the actions of the competitors in order to react and implement strategies to mitigate the risks.
Comply with key points of commercial policies of each of the channels/clients of Lifescan business.
Requirements:Tasks / Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Develop a Strategic Plan per Account and Channel and implement it on time
- Responsible of new product formulary inclusion, plan and execute strategies and tactics of the brand, price strategy
- Negotiations to achieve sales objectives
- Lead the team members in order to achieve monthly objectives and plans
- Assure Budget expenses without exceeding it: CIW (Commercial Discounts), BME (Marketing promotions and discounts), and specific reports
- Follow up on financial requirements such as Credit Notes, of promotions, commercial agreements, Fees, and returns
Key Experiences / Functional Knowledge Requirements:
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- 3 years' experience of National Pharmacy chains, specifically (SIMILARES, SAN PABLO), necessary
- 3 years' experience of Pharmacy´s (Madame Dubarry) desirable
- 3 years of experience in team management, (Pharmacy Promoters)
- 3 years managing budgets and implementation follow up for Commercial discounts, Marketing and financial KPI's, Forecast, annual Pharmacies plans, Inventories.

Role Specific Competencies:

- Ability to use Power BI / Excel of Inventory Management, CIW & BME Management, Word and Power Point for presentations.
- Analyze and track sales, in order to implement strategies and achieve sales
- Leadership to manage Sales force and promoters
- Ability to manage clients' systems to follow up sell in, sell out, and inventories in order to negotiate and manage sales.
- Ability to manage clients' systems for new product formulary inclusion.
- Ability to increase commercial relationships with the company's buyers and generate long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is a plus
- 3+ years sales experience, with pharmacies management specifically (SIMILARES, SAN PABLO)
- Experience working with Medical devices, Pharmaceutical products, or Consumer products or other regulated industry experience preferred
- Previous knowledge of Sell In/ Sell Out/ Inventory analysis, management and sales proposals
