About the Role
The Learning Project Specialist is a key role for CONEXTS Learning, providing support in different Learning and Development (L&D) solutions, that may include producing virtual learning events, curating or designing learning experiences, and analyzing and delivering metrics reports, among other functions. The Learning Project Specialist works and interacts in a global environment, feels comfortable with ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and delivers service excellence to stakeholders and colleagues.
Your responsibilities
• Support learning solutions according to the services or projects assigned and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Meet stakeholders' expectations and deadlines by actively collaborating with CONEXTS Learning team members, stakeholder's point of contact (POC), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

• Support the development, optimization, and implementation of impactful L&D initiatives by designing and/or curating learning content, slide decks, presentation scripts, facilitator guides, e-Learning modules, metric reports, playbooks, or any other learning asset.
• Overall logistics planning for the virtual production service, ensuring events quality and proper technical support when needed.
• Work with the Evaluation & Insights service leader to provide insights and deliver evaluation strategies on each project, such as dashboards, survey analysis, and/or findings presentations, among others.
• Support communication plans, ensuring the right information reaches the right audience in a clear, effective, and timely manner.
• Contribute to digital learning solutions development with various resources that may include, but are not limited to, storyboards, web-based animation technology, video editing software, image edition, or learning authoring tools.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize feedback about learning implementations from learners, trainers, facilitators, vendors, and/or stakeholders to ensure meeting learning outcomes.
• Share knowledge and best practices proactively for the benefit of the team and future/other projects.

Role Requirements
• Advanced Oral and written English is a must
• Experience of at least 2 years in Learning and Development (adult learning theories, instructional design, training, and/or similar areas)
• Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural work environment and global requirements.
• Capable of learning and working with digital tools simultaneously.
• Self-directed and accountable, feels comfortable working autonomously.

• Analytic.
