Job SummaryWe are now looking a Logistics Specialist to drive logistics activities supported on data and analysis, identifying and highlighting key areas for attention and improvement.
You will be based at the Queretaro factory, reporting to the Planning and Logistics Specialist.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
As a Logistics Specialist you will:
- Understand the Flow between Planning and Logistics Processes: Planning, Warehousing and Shipping.
- Deploy Losses related to Indicators such as Safety, Cost, Productivity, Customer Experience, Claims and Perfect Order.
- Drive WCM Teams – Cell Member
- Drive and create project teams focus on Service Improvement and Technology.
- Super User OTM (Reports, Dock and Yard Module and others) and Truck Log (YMS).
- Drive Logistics Quality (TI Management and Process Waste).
- Manage New and Updates on Process Documentation & automation.
- Drive Inventory Management
- Stock Transport orders management according to Kanban systems.
- Manage Witron system and all hardware used to scan barcodes.
- A bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineer, Logistics Engineer, International Trade or similar.
- Advanced English level.
- 4 years’ experience in Warehouse operations management.
- Must have experience working with an ERP (strongly desirable to have experience with SAP), WMS and YMS.
- Advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, proactive and organized. Must be focused on results and teamwork.
