1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in skincare, marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field. 2. Work Experience: Extensive experience in marketing or sales, particularly in managerial positions. Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, more than 2 years experience on skincare field, with preference given to those with Southeast Asia and international market expansion experience. Experience in team management or project management. 3. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with individuals at different levels. Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at developing marketing strategies and plans. Demonstrates teamwork and leadership qualities, capable of effectively leading and motivating team members. 4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Singapore market and industry, especially in the skin care sector, understanding market trends and competitors. Proficient in digital marketing, online marketing, and social media marketing practices. 5. Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of effective communication with international teams and clients.
