As Senior Communications Manager of Technology for Latin America, you will be responsible for leading and driving effective, engaging communications strategies to inspire associates to deliver on the technology strategy and build our local employer brand in Latin America.

Responsibilities
Establish an integrated communications strategy and detailed annual plan to support the technology strategy and build our presence in the local market
Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional partners to implement a range of strategies and creative solutions to reach key target audiences
Apply user-experience design methodologies to create breakthrough, integrated experiences for our associates
Lead a data-driven approach to engage associates
Lead internal marketing communication campaigns and projects
Advance our internal communications digital platforms and communications strategies
Lead and inspire cross-functional partners and teams
Integrate with external marketing, communication, and community activities to support the external technology narrative
Basic Qualifications:
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 7 years of experience leading public relations strategy or at least 7 years of experience leading communications strategy or at least 7 years of experience leading marketing for organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration, Master’s in Marketing, or Master’s in Communication
4+ years of Public Relations or Internal Communications leadership experience
1+ year of Public Relations or Internal Communications leadership experience in the technology industry
2+ years of supervisory experience
Strong writing skills
