The Opportunity
For our Abbott Nutrition Division ANI we are currently looking for a Medical Representative to join our great team in Slovenia. This will be a field-based role, requiring regular travelling across assigned area (Ljubljana and surroundings).
What You'll do:
- Build effective business relationships with health care partners and customers; win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Ensure high-quality sales calls and excellence in selling skills.
- Maintain f2f call frequencies and number of doctor and pharmacy visits as per plan.
- Ensure regular CRM reporting and regular segmentation and targeting process.
- Implement and propose marketing activities.
- Grow Product knowledge by attendance at conferences and seminars.
- Administration, database maintenance, expense reports preparation.
Required qualifications and background:
- University degree preferably in science related field.
- Prior experience in pharma sales is highly desired (2-3 years).
- Experience in interaction with hospital specialists from Oncology, Gastroenterology, Neurology or Diabetes would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Slovenian.
- Competency in MS Office applications.
- Driving license B.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Can-do attitude with pro-active approach.
- Ability to organize own work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand the data and propose necessary actions.
- Ability and willingness to travel on a frequent basis.
