About the Role
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense.
In this role, you will contribute to handle our local operations, help to guide and execute our financial sustainability strategy and be leader in initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies internally. This position can make a big impact on the business and change the way our customers and collaborators perceive the membership program!
This role calls for a combination of technical skills, analytics and strategic business sense, plus an ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.


What You'll Do
Analyze- Build models to evaluate the economics, value, opportunity costs and return on investments between different levers and deals. Connect initiatives to the P&L.
Problem Solving - Scope sophisticated problems and derive integral solutions based on robust analysis.
Strategy - Develop and execute initiatives according to the overall org strategy, providing practical recommendations to the business owners.
Foundations - Build/Maintain dashboards and scalable internal tools that will be the foundations to improve our team's visibility of main metrics and, hence, their productivity.
Leadership - Design & lead medium to large scale projects independently.
Develop & Optimize Processes- Take big picture ideas and break them into meaningful steps.
Stakeholder Management: Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional and regional teams (e.g. Finance, Local Ops, Central Ops, S&P, Marketing, BD and others) in order to contribute to the long-term growth of the membership program while building a global network.
Teamwork - Work closely with our local operations team to grow our membership program and overcome challenges.
What You'll Need
  • Professional Proficiency in English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a combination of strategy, operations and project/program management. Experience running cross-functional projects and partners, tracking, maintaining and making recommendations, powered by analytical insight.
  • Self-motivated analytical orientation, with a strong affinity for strategic problem solving and interest in framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies and performing tactics and process improvements.
  • Experience working with large sets of data and synthesizing into business insights (e.g., using SQL, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent partner leadership skills. Experience in influencing and encouraging results in areas that aren't in your immediate responsibility.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills. Ability to build and present information that engages team, partners and executive leaders. Experience presenting data visually.
  • Proven track record to balance challenging priorities with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer focus. Genuine passion for our users and wants to be a force for positive change in their touch points with Uber, uncovering data to advise customer focused decisions.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
  • Analytical skills: Very proficient in Sheets/Excel, adept at analyzing data comprehensively.
  • SQL proficiency: Capable of manipulating large datasets and completing sophisticated queries with ease.
  • Data Visualization: Skilled in transforming raw data into visually compelling insights.
  • Project planning and management: Experienced in organizing and supervising projects from inception to completion.
