This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee and execute various operational and commercial functions, mainly focused on large-scale product launches and card logistics management.
The perfect candidate should be comfortable communicating with people across the organization. Make process diagrams and manage end-to-end projects. You should be able to solve problems, improvise as needed, and be adept at executing and managing time for various tasks. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, make business recommendations based on analysis, and support project execution.
Responsibilities- Manage large-scale product launches end to end, covering all operational and commercial aspects.
- Manage all aspects of card logistics, including placing card printing orders, inventory management, and maintaining optimal stock levels to guarantee a consistent supply of cards.
- Collaborate with logistics vendors to ensure timely delivery of cards while adhering to delivery goals and quality standards.
- Drive operational efficiencies through the proposal and execution of initiatives applicable to CX processes, CRM automation, product ops, chatbot, or card delivery.
- Lead the execution of customer campaigns targeting specific audiences and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes and continuously monitor and analyze performance against these metrics.
- Analyze the underlying reasons behind operational issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ensure bug resolution and product improvements.
- Drive post-mortem reports and share visibility with stakeholders.
- Detect cost efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Customer service, or Project Management.
- Outstanding organization, detail-oriented, analytical, and structured communication skills.
- Project management skills with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Data-driven
- Experience with consumer finance, technology, mobile products, or consulting
- Experience working in a startup environment or a highly intrapreneurial role
- Basic knowledge of Zendesk, chatbots, or other tools.
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup is desirable
- Basic SQL
