We're currently looking to hire a Sales Coordinator for our business. This role is primarily an operations role and is focused on order entry, order tracking, vendor interactions, and ensuring customer needs are met. Position: Sales Operations Coordinator LATAM Work Hours: M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, EST. Holidays: US holidays. Pay Range: $1,600 USD monthly. Type of contract: Independent contractor Duties and responsibilities: Assist the sales team by managing incoming inquiries, and creating sales documents, and proposals. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Support the sales team in the preparation of regular sales reporting. Generate and place purchase orders with vendors. Monitor PO status with several key vendors and report status to customers. Maintain order status reports and provide regular updates both internally and externally. Serve as the key point of contact for customers on sales-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Enter and update customer information in the company CRM to maintain accurate records. Assist in the maintenance and expansion of the company's customer base. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the management team. Ensure the availability of promotional materials and samples for such events. Work closely with the manufacturing, accounting, and logistics teams to streamline the sales process. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales support or sales coordination, preferably within the textile or relevant industries. Familiarity with the textile, construction, or government sectors is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Excellent time-management skills.
