This role is pivotal in managing our e-commerce platforms, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance our online presence, optimize our product offerings, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Daily management and oversight of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute strategies for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- Handle product management tasks, including inventory oversight, product listings, and optimization for an engaging online presence.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to broaden our brand's reach and deepen customer engagement.
- Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Maintain a superior online shopping experience, focusing on customer satisfaction from browsing through post-purchase.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for internal coordination.
- Expertise in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with Faire and TikTok Shop.
- A robust understanding of e-commerce best practices, including digital marketing and sales strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team leaders to meet and exceed business objectives.
