We are looking for an experienced Operations Training and Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective implementation of policies procedures and strategies across multiple points of sale in the organization. The successful candidate will lead training initiatives monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements


  • Conduct training sessions for Zone Managers and Point of Sale Managers.
  • Communicate and explain the main objectives of each Point of Sale (PDV) maintaining regular contact with PDV contacts.
  • Ensure that Zone Managers and PDV Managers execute plans to meet objectives.
  • Report progress and improvements to the Operations Manager seeking tools and solutions for challenges in PDVs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by all personnel.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
  • Plan and implement effective strategies.
  • Control raw materials and inventory.
  • Supervise the performance of employees contributing to their training.
  • Adjust and verify budget usage delivering cost reports to management.
  • Allocate budgets and ensure proper utilization.
  • Analyze operational strategies.
  • Manage and implement strategies.
  • Supervise the hiring and training of new employees.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to adapt proactively to changes.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Expert level in decisionmaking and problem resolution.

1. Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing operational costs. 3. Knowledge of quality and safety standards in food production. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
