Job Description & Summary

Our Human Resources Information Systems team provides human resource technology support to PwC. As part of the team, you’ll help design, implement, and operate Human Resources technology application that help us develop insights and strategies for our people and to drive business results.

General Purpose (of the position):

Provide technical support to our clients acting as liaison between vendors, stakeholders and clients. Ensuring documentation is up to date and it supports PTT operation.

Functions and responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of Human Capital systems, processes and reporting;
  • Managing Stakeholders as well as the day to day projects or workstreams;
  • Possessing functional and technical knowledge of the various aspects of Workday;
  • Possessing research, analytical & troubleshooting skills;
  • Demonstrating proficiency in the use of relevant technology;
  • Working with confidential data;
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and dedication to quality in relation to data analysis and system troubleshooting;
  • Handling multiple, time-sensitive deliverables while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients;
  • Escalating issues in a timely & efficient manner to supervisors and relevant stakeholders;
  • Demonstrating ownership and accountability over work products;
  • Translating technical processes into common language for a wide audience;
  • Communicating with impact to peer groups, leadership and stakeholders;
  • Adapting to a rapidly changing environment;
  • Working with demanding clients and assisting with stakeholder management;
  • Coaching and mentoring staff;
  • Identifying user requirements, user acceptance testing and producing recommendations to improve the end user experience;
  • Analyzing current and future technology or process needs and recommend enhancements and solutions;
  • Collaborating with people systems, IT managers and process support managers to address more critical issues;
  • Possessing prior professional services experience;
  • Creating standard operating procedures, process maps, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) & Quick Reference Cards (QRCs).
  • Working knowledge in technologies such as Alteryx, Google scripting, UI Path, and data visualization tools preferred

Academic background:

Business Administration or IT related bachelor degree

Qualifications & Skills:  

Management systems such as (Workday, Oracle / PeopleSoft, SAP, Kenexa, Personnel Programming) and preferably in HRMS Implementation and migration to new versions. Preferably certified in Project Management
