As Procurement Manager, you will be part of local procurement team to help and collaborate in terms of efficiency, Risk Management, innovation, digitalization and sustainability contributing to the resolution of key business challenges or objectives or to the creation of a competitive advantage by Identifying, evaluating and managing external suppliers.
Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are
- To perform the pipeline of opportunities by creating, reviewing, and tracking sing the GSK Central Hubs in Poland that will perform strategic reviews, with in depth category knowledge of the category.
- Work closely with Internal areas to find the real need and propose the way to solve requirements
- Ensuring the right business requirements, and supplier improvement actions are in place to deliver value to GSK in the Indirect categories, in partnership with the business and stakeholders, taking into account that all value deliver from the category strategy is in line with GSK and Procurement goals.
- To Manage Workflow of third-party suppliers/resources and non-standard workflow queries by interacting across a Matrix Organization.
- Using available GSK tools to prepare and Present Analytic & metrics reports routinely to leadership, comparing current and historical trends in workflow.
- To do the Allocation of appropriate contracting resources and Interact Daily with Contract Managers, and other people cross matrix Third Party Resource (TPR) Teams regarding workload and metrics updates.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or similar careers.
- 3+ years of experience in Managerial Procurement
- Advanced English Level.
- Stakeholder management and strong analytical skills
- Experience in/knowledge of modern procurement job.
- Experience with Indirect Purchases (marketing, research, facilities…)
- Manage a creative, proactive, and dynamic approach for problem solving.
- Focused on get the results done in terms of savings calculation, create and maintain strong relations with Internal Clients, and increase Procurement reputation
Preferred Qualifications: However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
- SAP and Ariba experience
- MS Office
- Power BI
- Experience in Pharma industry
