We're looking for someone who e nsure the business's 'back of house' processes are kept updated according to store’s operating needs, strategic objectives and applicable legislation. Generally, responsible for evaluating, designing, measuring and improving all business processes, operational programs and providing supplies, information and equipment that will enable field teams to operate efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Serve as an internal consultant for multiple projects that involve high operational, financial and project management impact.

Oversees the creation of store operating processes and procedures, as well as provide oversight mechanisms to ensure national standardization. Continuous communication with District Managers and Regional Managers
Continuous improvement of operating programs, including the launch of new technologies that simplify the purchasing experience for consumers- design, launch and performance measurement - includes omnichannel programs
Oversees the preventive maintenance program for O&Os and Commissionaire store locations, ensuring the prioritization of needs within the assigned budget. Participation in the search for external maintenance vendors, in accordance with company policies, and monitoring of the annual calendar. Constant communication with Store Design teams for larger maintenance needs and follow up
Oversee team activities to ensure field teams have the supplies to operate on a day-to-day basis (e.g. shopping bags, POS rolls, etc.)
Oversee supplier management, payment of invoices monitoring, as well as budget control
Oversee loss prevention programs following up to generate continuous improvements to services and tools designed to provide security in stores, including civil protection programs
Oversee gathering requirement processes to obtain operating licenses and other permits necessary for the legal operation of stores. On going communication with brokers, shopping centers’ management teams and other stakeholders as needed
Oversee the launch strategy of operation programs, in coordination with training areas and field leadership teams. These programs may include staff scheduling, reports, new technologies, CRE (POS, RFID, etc.). Monitoring and support to ensure successful transitions and implementations. Communication and task force with related internal teams, such as legal, IT, Ecomm, etc. as needed
Own the new doors calendar for all areas and tasks involved, from store design, product reception, store construction, staff planning, hiring and training. Monitor the progress of activities and communicate with all teams to ensure that they are completed on time.
Act as Project Manager for strategies for franchises or licenses, as well as provide coaching to operation teams of other franchises or licenses to improve ways of working and operational programs.
Oversee the launch of fiscal inventory taking and audit program for all stores nationwide, at least annually, in accordance with company policy
Attend and follow up on internal and external operation audits, following up on critical pain points, adapting policies and procedures in order to comply with all company policies, as well as with what is required by local authorities.
Develop content for field leadership meetings, with an active listening mindset to suggest solutions and take feedback provided
Conduct peak season preparation planning for all channels & business models: define increase in POS equipment per store, Holiday bags, number of support staff, development of the peak season planner for stores, and other performance tools and reporting.
Act as a key ally for incentive plan settings, reports, and calculation of sales commissions and bonuses - continuous process improvement. Calculation and analysis of incentives for the sales force on a monthly basis- work with HR, DMs, and Regional Managers accordingly
Annual analysis and salary proposal for store staff
SAP leader (super user) for Retail Operations - responsible for testing new updates, as well as reporting errors or problems in data transmission
Contribute to the creation, maintenance and improvement of reporting panels for the different DTC channels showing the most relevant sales KPIs for the business, managing programs such as SAP Web Intelligence, Power BI, Power Query, advanced Excel, and SQL as desirable.
Ensure that all reporting and data analysis systems work and show correct information among the different interfaces and follow up in case of errors together with the area in charged - local and Global IT as needed.
Retain and help develop skills and drive engagement for the operations team
Oversee tasks related to the loading of new landlords in the different payment systems, ensuring having all the information required to guarantee the flow of rental payments.
Support with activities related to the real estate function for Retail, relationship with broker and monitoring of opening plans and renewal of lease contracts
Oversee the tailor shop specialist, in terms of the management of tailor shop strategies for stores with tailor shop, monitoring the maintenance of machinery, suppliers, supplies, and execution at the point of sale of different implementations in time. Relationship with suppliers, as well as operation and supervision processes of tailor shops- ensure communication and best practice sharing
About you

Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of business KPIs, financial drivers, systems, programs, ways of working
Communication: Efficiently navigates across different functions and teams to get cross-functional support and feedback.
DATA-DRIVEN MINDSET: Actively collaborates on various projects and make decisions through data that can have positive results for the business.
Advanced English, as the role will have constant communication with global teams
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong project management skills with a good track record of successfully completing projects
Proven ability to create clear Policies and Procedures that lead to operational excellence, even for complex business challenges
Self motivated and inspiring others, with a collaborative work style
Ability to work well with a variety of levels and functions within the organization
High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint), and other design, project management programs
SAP Web Intelligence, Power BI, Power Query and SQL
Basic knowledge of programming is desirable
Previous experience leading projects or as a Project manager
Three to five years of experience in retail field roles with a focus on driving store operations and daily tasks, in different store formats and volume. People manager who understands the relevance of process standardization and compliance. One to two years of experience in an office environment, leading program launches and operational strategies.
