To enhance our team in Querétaro, we are searching for a Sales & Business Development Engineer Become a part of our Querétaro teamSIKORA is a German company with 50 years in the market, for quality assurance during the production of cables, hoses, tubes, optical fibers and plastics. These are your tasks: Creating a close relationship with existing customers and acquiring new customers within the assigned business territory incl. regular visits.Market research to develop the territory.Explaining the technical aspects of products and individual solutions as well as benefits and services for customers using technical presentations.International and domestic travels up to 70% of your working time.Seeking and organizing sales projects incl. preparation of proposals, negotiations and closing.Attending international exhibitions and/or conferences (Valid passport and visa are required). These are our expectations: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent.Experience in the industry (Wire, Cable, Tube, Hose, plastics and/or Equipment’s for production lines are a plus) of at least 5 years.At least 3 years of experience developing new business and creating alliance with current customers.Good skills in MS Office, skills in MS Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.Willingness to travel constantly (occasionally also outside Mexico).Customer oriented.Proficiency English language (spoken and written).
