What you’ll do?
- Participate in incidents Root Cause Analysis .
- Participate in incidents Root Cause Analysis ( RCA ), propose permanent solution for repetitive issues (analyzed via Service now data analysis) and execution.
- Provide support for month-end activities.
- Perform batch job monitoring and with L3 design team to solve batch job failures.
- Understands the AMS ticket management process & Adherence to SLA and managing the status of the tickets.
- Worked in SAP ECC and has exposure to integrations
- Expertise in standard WM processes & configuration : Physical inventory, Replenishment, Repacking, Kitting, label generation, Returnable packaging, RF scanning process.
- Conduct Unit, Integration and Regression tests.
- Knowledge in Interfaces : Idocs processing, AIF, API, RFC, PI interfaces
- Knowledge in Kanban process
- Preparation of Impact Analysis for new Z developments
- Extended support for month end activities
- Customer interactions with good communication skill
- Documentation (User manual, Functional specification)
What you’ll bring :
- A dynamic professional with over 12+ years of experience in ERP End user and Functional Consultancy SAP Logistics WM Module, with excellent English communication skills.
- Adept in analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements and custom designing solutions, and troubleshooting any problems in the process.
- Insightful knowledge of business process analysis and design, reengineering, process rationalization, cost control, capacity planning, performance measurement and quality control.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Support the current production environment for SAP ECC and SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
- Represent the configuration and customization changes in SAP risk assessment meeting for moving changes to production server.
- Perform incident management, work order management, change requests and query resolution for tickets created in Service now.
