Your Role
Monitor, supervise and measure team performance across all task in Air Logistics to achieve company defined goals and KPI's that contribute to the growth of the organization. Performs operational and administrative tasks as needed.Your Responsibilities
- Ensure service is delivered to our customers meets the agreed Key Performance Indicators, SLA (>99%), Productivity Improvement (as per target), Quality (>99%) on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Identify performance related issues, conducts root cause analysis, develop actions plans for improvements and implement corrective actions using TIC feedback queue and emails
- Collaborate with ABPs, local process specialists, systems specialists, Team Manager, country Process Managers for any concerns and updates on the Work Instructions.
