What do you get to do in this position?
Lead the Electro-mechanical Engineering Chapter for Power Products group.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Technical Excellence: Drive the design and architecture of escalable, maintainable & electrical product compliance to standards. Oversee the end-to-end life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Provide technical leadership, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Talent Development: Mentor and lead initiatives to develop engineering members, nurturing their progression to become impactfull high performers.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product owners and other stakeholders such as Industrialization and Manufacturing sites to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define value and impact, timelines, and resource requirements in adaptive sprints with an iterative approach. Effectively communicate up and across the organization on on-going project development stages.
Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, budget management, and operational efficiency. Ensure the team has the necessary tools, resources, and support to excel while identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and performance output.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, Material standards, and quality assurance processes. Clear understanding of PPAP process and deliverables within to secure part criticality is met.
Customer Focus: Champion a customer-obsessed mindset within the team. Actively listen to customer feedback and leverage it to drive continuous improvement in product features and quality.

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:
- Expertise in Electrical Engineering and Equipment
- Proven experience of 10+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Engineer with at least 5+ years in a people management role.
- Proven experience in a scaling start-up & agile environment.
- Proven experience with product life cycle end to end process.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor & coach in agile delivery.
- Experience with Electromechanical products & standard compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
