Purpose of Job

Lead the end-to-end stages of the global supply chain, ensuring its effectiveness across the chain, KPIs attainment and resource optimization, for areas such as procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, capacity and demand Planning, production control and financial costs, while complying with IATF standards, ISO, and those focused to the industry.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead all area’s activities, ensuring effectiveness across the supply chain.
  • Manage inventory practices and control setting to ensure top performance and risk mitigation across the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with management processes, legal requirements, Quality Management System and ethical standards.
  • Participate in the planning of new products, existing and services, to ensure a timely acquisition of materials that support the launch and delivery.
  • Develop and manage the budgets of direct and indirect purchasing, warehouses, production control, logistics.
  • Set annual goals, aligned with company goals, performance management and team development.
  • Monitor supplier performance, assessing capabilities to meet quality and delivery requirements. 

Education, Experience and Knowledge

Required and/or preferred level of education, knowledge and skills that are necessary.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration. Master’s Degree preferred.

Related Experience
  • At least 15 years handling supply chain functions as manager, inventory control, supplier management, international trade, direct and indirect, OTD, supplier negotiations, demand planning, production control and flow, C-TPAT and customs law.
  • Track record of managing 50 people.
  • Business English.
  • Change Management, customer-driven, goal-oriented, continuous improvement-focused
Special Training or Competency

Observation, understanding, and execution of applicable company ISO 14001, ISO IATF, ISO 45001. certification standards related to the role and impact on the overall organization.
