Ansell is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, Sales Operations / Analytics to join our team in Queretaro Mx.
Reporting to the Associate Director, the Senior Business Analyst plays a key role providing data-based insights and solutions for the Sales Leaders to achieve commercial objectives.
This position will be to translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes and supports sales and profitability goals.
This position will help develop and implement data and technology solutions aimed at improving business information availability and sharpening decision making.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Working in collaboration with our Sales Leaders for business needs and IT for delivery, the Senior Business Analyst will :
- be responsible for loading, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of POS sell out and chargeback data in partnership with IT, which is required for commercial business performance tracking and incentive compensation payouts
- develop and deliver solutions to business problems; solutions can be automating data load and analyses processes, tools and dashboards, process enhancements, developing robust and automated QA / QC processes using basic statistical techniques
- deliver adhoc analysis on demand : compile and analyze complex data sets from multiple enterprise tools and systems; provide and present to the relevant stakeholders’ actionable insights and recommendations
- manage Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) : automating and reporting of SIP performance tracking and payouts, identify and implement best practice and ensure good governance;
deliver impact simulations and financial accruals
- working closely together with Commercial Analytics & Operations, and focusing on continuous improvement, design new or enhance existing tools and systems, with the objective to maximize the sales teams’ effectiveness and performance
- drive cross departmental initiatives to streamline sales processes and improve the organization’s overall efficiency
- special data management and analytic projects to be assigned as required.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
degree required, preferred in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or relevant certifications in business and / or quantitative analyses
Job Experience
- Minimum 4 years of Full-time experience in sales operations and / or sales analytics
- B2B experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills :
- Proven record of database and data management skills, data load and reporting automation, data visualization skills
- Experience in data management and conducting business analyses using large datasets and with tools such as SQL, Python or PowerBI / Excel
