Coordinating with Capstone and business teams to ensure operational excellence
Drive programs to streamline and optimize AMS and SOX requirements
Identify areas of inefficiencies and report out to leadership with recommendations for improvement
Maintain excellent business relationships between BU stakeholders and DSS leadership team.
Coordinate and manage resourcing requirements for programs that require Capstone engagement
Build and understand support transition plans and manage risks associated with project planning
Drive quarterly/annual SOX testing requirements and manage all associated tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong Project Management experience within SDLC teams
Operational experience in a software development or application support environment Recognize what status programs are in to drive initiatives and collaborate with Scrum Masters
MS Office suite skills
Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
Experience managing partner vendors
Ability to be a self-starter
Plusses:
Working knowledge within Salesforce, ServiceMax, and/or Shopify environments
Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) understanding
