Job Description Sr Manager, FP&A Latin America - ( 30005618 ) Description Ansell is a leading global provider of protection solutions. JOBDESCRIPTION Sr Manager, FP&A Latin America Finance Queretaro, Mexico FIN0015 / 55 Responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis of the entire Latin America region across the Industrial and Medical businesses. This position will be preparing budgets, forecasting, actual reporting and financial analysis for the Region to support decision making and influence business actions. This position will work closely with commercial business partners, and SMEs, commercial leaders and head of the LAC region & will act as Finance lead for special projects as required.

LAC is a fast growing market projected to grow 50% over the next 3 years with all complexity of emerging markets, requiring understanding of financial and accounting impacts of Fx, customs and tax considerations to ensure robust business and financial planning and analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for reporting and analyzing the sales, direct profit, expenses and working capital. This includes customer and product profitability and slow-moving inventory provisioning.

Results and financial guidance will be presented to Sales, Marketing and Regional Management on a monthly basis. Prepare the material for waterfall meetings Lead the monthly close process for the Latin America Region. Work closely with the accounting team in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and US to close the books as per the timelines given by corporate finance.

Key deliverables will include details analysis of Sales & Profitability, Monthly accrual for gross to net & other expenses. Explain the key drivers during the month with variance analysis for the P&L. Performs the Excess and Obsolete reconciliation on a monthly basis and explain the drivers for the changes Responsible finance point person and business partner to the commercial team in support of the Latin America business for activities including customer profitability, partnership program development and new business development Ensure accuracy of data reported in Management reporting systems – GIS and FCCS.

Shall also use the Business Intelligence tool to review the Sales and Margin data (i.e. GIS, POS databases in QV) for decision making purpose; has the complexity of dealing with 4 different currencies coupled with unique mix supplying products (direct container, shipping from multiple warehouse) resulting in different pricing/costing impacting the margins Preparation of Annual Operating Plan & Quarterly forecasts Review and challenge the Demand forecasts provided by demand planning team and agreed at the consensus meeting and finalize forecast after discussion with Sales Management Forecast COGS, OMA based on Quarterly forecast of Std costs Forecast Sales, Marketing and A&P expenses in discussion with the functional management Upload forecasts in Oracle/FCCS and present to Sales Mgt, Finance and Regional SVP for approval Participate in IBP meetings and work closely with demand planners Finance lead to support multiple initiatives in the Region like Warehouse changes, system changes to support the expansion of territories/geography/vertical in the region & ERP implementation Finance lead for Region with focus on SG&A mainly the Region Controlled Cost Centers; will include preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecast and monthly reporting; participate in cost control initiatives and projects. There is complexity as sales HCs are spread over multiple legal entities with different currencies Ad Hoc Process improvements Projects DIMENSIONS: LAC Region has US $170Million in Revenues; F24 Budget $190m SCOPE OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Contacts: Frequent contact with the Sales and Marketing Team, Accounting, Head Office Finance, Logistics, Rebates Processing team, Customer Service KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance Language: English(Advanced Level) Education B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance/CPA/CMA Job Experience Minimum of 10 years of diversified financial analysis experience in a international corporate company operating across LAC region Good knowledge of general accounting principles with emphasis on financial analysis and planning techniques.

Experience working with reporting applications and BI tools (Qlikview in particular), Power BI, PBCS and FCCS. High degree of proficiency in MS Excel and good proficiency with Powerpoint. Knowledge and Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and business analysis skills, an ability to take detailed information, synthesize it and reach actionable conclusions Creative and innovative in the approach to problem solving and the way data is presented to effectively convey information to business and executive management Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude Project management Strong written and verbal communication Entrepreneurial spirit and strong accountability mindset, an attention to detail, passion, flexibility, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.
