Support Lead, Rpa

Your New Role:
The successful candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, high perceptivity, and thirst for knowledge. Your key responsibility will be leading the team of robotics maintenance developers working closely with the business, solving day-to-day maintenance issues and improving production processes. Guarantee that automations are running as expected and issues are addressed within SLAs. Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. Review the status reports of team members and address technical issues as appropriate.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Lead robotics maintenance team.
• Guide team members.
• Work closely with the robotics manager on pipeline creation.
• Distribute work among other developers and provide technical support if needed. Act as first level of escalation
• Ensure enterprise security and compliance requirements are implemented.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and stability of workflows.
• Maintain reusable components library.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with business process owners and other Robotics team members.
