DirecciónAs a Talent Acquisition Partner in the HR function, your main focus will be to own the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned open roles in the MX-CO-EC Sales Market organization. Using your specialized understanding of the competency area you specialize on, you work closely with hiring managers as an advisor, providing market insights, building job ads, executing talent sourcing and engagement to build pipelines, owning the candidate experience across the full process, setting up assessment frameworks, and preparing and negotiating job offers. Besides operational delivery of recruitment, you can also participate as member in project(s) within the roadmap of your team and/or of the broader Talent Acquisition organization, being responsible for delivering and executing specific tasks depending on the scope of each project.
This hybrid role reports into our Talent Acquisition Lead for Sales Markets and is based out of the Mexico City or Colombia Support Office.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
- Recruitment Delivery:
- Own full life-cycle of all assigned open roles, and ensure accurate systems (Applicant Tracking System) administration
- Drive in-take meetings with hiring managers, ensure expectation alignment and write job ads
- Talent sourcing of relevant candidates, pipeline building and promotion and engagement for open roles
- Plan and execute candidates' profile/CV (Curriculum Vitae) reviews, shortlisting and screening calls
- Set, structure, coordinate and monitor the competence assessment process for candidates
- Prepare and coach hiring manager to host Team-Fit interviews
- Advise and support hiring manager in hiring decision making
- Prepare, align, deliver and negotiate job offers with candidates
- Collect and provide feedback to candidates according to predefined policies
- Ensure appropriate handover of hired candidates to the pre-boarding process
- Manage own workload proactively and align with manager: open requisitions and project-related work
- Proactively communicate and serve as partner and advisor to hiring managers across the full recruitment process
- Continuous monitoring of own performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics, and definition of action plans accordingly
- Ongoing learning of tendencies in your competency area
- Team Planning & Projects:
- Participate in the team's Roadmap creation and management during yearly planning, and quarterly & monthly reviews
- Own the delivery of specific items/tasks of projects within the roadmaps of the team and/or the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) organization
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and communicate them to your TA Lead
- May perform other activities related to the position
- Up to 25% travel may be required, based on business needs
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- 3+ Years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Store/Area recruiting experience strongly desired
- Skilled in Talent Sourcing and Talent Assessment
- Proven track record of large volume retail recruitment
- Team oriented and collaborative with the ability to flex in support of timelines and deliverables
- Experience in Campus Recruitment
