Talent Acquisition Partner

Leads team(s) of HR specialists or managers to deliver the strategy for a specific HR functional area in a particular geography, in alignment with group directives and wider HR strategy. Represents the needs of the area to the group Center of Expertise (CoE) and collaborates with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to provide a seamless service to the business.

Your responsibilities

Identify and attract the best talent.

Follow up on key KPIS (Time 2 fill, Diversity and inclusion, and quality of candidates).

Ensure compliance with corporate and business guidelines and directives.

Be a Talent consultant for Hiring Managers, making sure to have the perfect operational fit.

Know and leverage the company's Talent attraction tools.

Executes and contributes to the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy within the functional and geographic area of responsibility, in alignment with group guidance, policies, and procedures.

Acts as a speaking partner to the business to advise on strategy, process and policy, and best practices in relation to Talent Acquisition.

Implements and continuously optimizes HR Talent Acquisition processes and procedures.

Acts as key point of contact for the main stakeholders.

Contributes to, supports, and leads where appropriate, Talent Acquisition functional design projects and pilots.

Feeds back to the team and leaders on the experience of implementing group tools and processes in the geographic area of responsibility and ensures learnings are incorporated into future program/process design.

Develops and implements cluster/country-specific programs in area of Talent Acquisition and employer branding.

Optimizes support for the relevant processes and monitors service delivery in accordance with the predefined Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Formulates financial plans and budget estimates for the Talent Acquisition organization in the cluster.

Manages adherence to agreed plans and budgets.

Manages vendor relationships at the cluster/country level, instructing service providers and monitoring quality and cost of delivery.

Shares practices with other geographic areas for their use as appropriate.

Your background

Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related fields.

3 years of talent experience.

Experience in Human Resources.

Solid technical knowledge of the Mexican Talent market.

Experience in ERP, ATS, or CRM Talent Management (Phenom, Taleo, workday, SAP).

Solid experience in recruiting diverse profiles for industry.

Experience in virtual Assessment Centers (HireVue), psychometric applications such as Cleaver or personality inventory.

Soft skills in customer service, teamwork, and ownership.

Intermediate-Advanced level of English mandatory.
