The Trade Marketing Manager is part of the B2B Lead Team and responsible for leading the ENLACE Program (PSP) and Trade Marketing Programs for the Affiliate.
Main Responsibilities include:
· Lead in conjunction with the Brand Teams the Enlace / PSP program for the affiliate.
· Work with Brand teams to develop Trade Marketing programs to grow core brands in the channel
· Leads the implementation of commercia l strategies through the B2B team across customers, including performance measurement of the results via Scorecards
· Develop and execute communication campaign for Trade Marketing and Enlace (PSP´s).
· Develop, adjust and evaluate commercial strategies for all brands
· Provide data intelligence and strategic initiatives for decision making towards meet/exceed business targets (KPI’s and performance dashboard)
· Keep PSP’s strategy up to to date while benchmarking within the Mexican market best practices
· Manages the allocated Trade Marketing budget.
· Lead B2B committee and coordinate necessary audits.
· Coach and develop Trade Marketing team
· Create a culture of accountability, passion for results, and efficient use of resources
· Actively participate in LATAM marketing forums, Brand Reviews, Sales meetings, for best practice sharing and customer insights mapping.
Basic Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Business level English
· A minimum10 years of recent commercial experience with a proven track record
· Proven track record Leading Teams (ideally as manager) and projects
· Self-directed and action oriented
· Strong analytical and strategical ability
· Leadership skills and good communicator
· Record in people development, coaching for results
· Ability and passion to operate in a complex multicultural environment
· Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and achieving excellent results by partnering on eye-level
Additional Skills / Preferences:
· MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred.
· Previous P&L responsibility
· Commercial experience in B2B execution.
