Ensuring quality Accounting to Reporting service delivery to entities supported by the Regional Center of Excellence while continuously improving the processes and tools to ensure further efficiencies.
Coaching and supporting less experienced colleagues.
Responsibilites :
- Responsible for entity supervision and compliance for defined entities
- Ensure the delivery of quality services to the entities in line with local business requirements.
- Responsible for review and prioritize upcoming tasks for the team with the Team Manager on weekly basis
- Coordinate day to day activities
- Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team
- Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working and participate in Process Community
- Lead collaboration with Business Controller and PtP / OtC Specialist.
Your profile :
- Solid experience of accounting and finance in multinational companies
- Proven extensive knowledge of IFRS are needed in the role
- Very good command of English is mandatory
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 is a plus
- People management potential
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, analytical approach with good problem solving skills
