Do Lead and oversee the Accounts Payables Accounting team to ensure timely and accuratereporting. Manage and coordinate the Accounts Payable processes for Emma entities, including balance sheet management. Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of Continuous Learning and improvement (Team of 4-6 in Manila potentially more in our other offices)Streamline accounting (AP) processes and systems, optimizing the use of our ERP.Enable the Increase in effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of accounting business processes through optimization and standardization of the process landscape and its system-side support.

Develop, implement, and enhance internal financial controls and accounting policies. Evaluate, implement, and improve highly efficient accounting processes in coordination and alignment with respective internal stakeholders. Be a proactive member of our entrepreneurial culture by sharing your financial leadership and problem-solving skills.

Who We're Looking For Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting with at least 1 year of leadership roleExcellent leadership skills with a proven track record of developing teams.

A strategic mindset with strong analytical, critical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / MS Finance & Operations, with SAP skills being a bonus. Experience in Payables Accounting is a plus.

A sound knowledge base of IFRS is welcome.Excellent in English communication skills, both written and verbal since you will be interacting with cross-functional teams. A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, embracing our 'one team, one dream' philosophy.
