Basic Purpose
Identify issues and risk mitigation, and coordinate/manage the resolution process
Perform efficient and through reviews of the components involved in the infrastructure.
Actively participate in the activities required by the different certifications that Evo has, including PCI.
Essential Functions

Required Experience
5 years working with IT infrastructure.
Experience in PCI certifications is a plus
Experience debugging complex problems that span multiple systems
Understands the technologies currently deployed in Evo; e.g., WAN/LAN, Windows, Linux, Active Directory, MS Office, email, VPN client,and how they are used.
Skills and competencies
Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, or 5 years working with IT infrastructure.
Proven project manager skills.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
Strong interpersonal, strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
Strong analytical and thinking skills.
