Analyst, Learning Delivery Overview
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Learning Experience team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our learning programs, both virtual and in-person, across all Mastercard offices around the world.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the learner experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a blend of administrative expertise, operational efficiency, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of Mastercard Learning & Development experiences globally, ensuring a best-in-class learner experience
Facilitate the Execution of GTM (Go to Market) Strategy: Act as a key liaison between the Learning Architect or Director of the Academy and various teams across the company to ensure smooth execution of the GTM strategy for learning initiatives. This involves coordinating efforts, managing timelines, and ensuring all activities are aligned with the overarching plan developed by the leadership.
Monitor and Support Marketing and Promotional Activities: Provide critical support in overseeing the marketing and promotional activities as part of the GTM strategy. This includes collaborating with different departments to ensure consistency in messaging, tactics, etc, and tracking the effectiveness of promotional efforts to provide insights and feedback to the Learning Architect or Director of the Academy.
Manage learning administrative tasks, including enrollment, communication, logistics for day-of delivery, and post-workshop engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to uncover, document, and share best practices for scalable Learning Delivery
Build partnerships across regions, countries, and business areas to build awareness of nuances and Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline operations
Partner with Learning Analytics to report on learning experiences to Learning & Development Leadership
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech/tech environment with a proven record of accomplishment of management Learning Delivery with a focus on operational excellence.
Have excellent program and project management skills
Expertise using SharePoint, Learning Management and Learning Experience Platforms, Survey Platforms, and other learning operations management tools.
Manage changes in project prioritization and scope, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and impacts are fully understood
Be detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative, Agile environment
Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
Take initiative with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills
