1.-Oversee and monitor all aspects of processing payroll according to payroll calendar for upto 8 countries:
- Ensure LATAM Payroll Staff adheres to weekly and biweekly processing deadlines.
- Develop precise job expectations and maintain accountability.
- Audit/analyze data received from the HR Management system into the Payroll Software for accuracy. Interact with Division/HRBP for missing and/or incorrect data regarding employee information.
- Analyze/audit time and attendance received from the Time and Attendance system. Contact HR for incorrect or missing data.
- Verify and reconcile payroll register to various audit reports.
- Communicate with employees and other stakeholders within Sherwin-Williams with respect to process changes and compliance related items.
- Assist with the processing of large bonuses and year end entries/functions.
- Supports additional projects as requested
- Respond to all emails and voicemails left on the LATAM Payroll general email and phone lines.
- Prepare and maintain the payroll calendars, checklists, and misc schedules to ensure compliant operations.
- Monitor workload distribution among the payroll coordinators, to include staff work schedules and assigning specific duties above and beyond processing payroll.
- Respond to miscellaneous wage verification forms and Audits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, AFIP, PREVIRED, IESS, BSA, MT etc.)
3.-Process LATAM payrolls and facilitate off cycle payroll processing (as needed):
- Coordinate stock option process to ensure compliance.
- Verify, review, and approve daily processing.
- Peview daily supplemental payroll reports, errors, and recalculations
- Act as first point of contact for internal questions about the daily payroll
4.-Lead a team of payroll administrators:
- Act as first point of contact for direct reports, fostering a coaching environment
- Perform personnel functions such as hiring and training
- Track and evaluate performance goals and objectives
- Ensure time away from work, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave,is reviewed and approved.
- Lead changes and improvements in the T&A system (Dayforce) and follow up on any error related to this system.
5.-Participate in the payroll migration projects and Lead process improvement projects.
- Participate in the payroll HRSS meetings and the Payroll local discoveries.
- Participate in the creation of SOP’s for payroll processes migrating to Global Payroll.
- Participate in the payroll processes flow charts creations for each country.
- Lead process impromente porojects to automatize and standardize our processes.
+6 years of payroll experience
At least +1 year of supervising employees.

Implementations.
·Regional Payroll processing experience in LATAM.
·Knowledge of Global vendor software
