TMF Mexico is looking for an A&T senior analyst to join our Capital Markets A&T team, desirable experience in capital markets, financial institutions, and investments to perform the following tasks:
TMF Mexico is looking for an A&T analyst to join our Capital Markets A&T team, desirable experience in capital markets, financial institutions, and investments to perform the following tasks:
- Monthly accounting preparation.
- Support on quarterly/annual financial statements preparation.
- Coordinate communication between client, third-party accounting firms and Trust common representative.
- Working papers elaboration to share with the auditor.
- Mexican Stock Exchange quarterly and annual reporting template preparation (XBRL).
- AML reporting.
- Monthly and annual tax calculation and filling.
- Electronic accounting submission.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- A Minimum of 3 or 4 years’ experience in Accounting and Taxes, desirable experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services, Fund Services, and Investments.
- Proficient in English: B1 or above.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting ERPs.
- Supervision and Team management skills
- Multiclient management skills.
- Teaching and knowledge sharing skills.
- Process Automation & Efficiency
- Evaluating step-plans and procedures ensuring delivery and meeting deadlines
