Graduate Program Details:
Position : Business Operations Graduate Intern
Location : Remote
Duration : 6 months, 40 hours per week
Compensation : Paid Internship

Responsibilities:
Support various departments in the company in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, sending out emails, and managing project documentation.
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
Contribute ideas for the improvement of Kounsel’s products and services.
Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Must have graduated within the past two years during the time of application.
Excellent English communication skills and can effectively with remote team members
Interest and familiarity with at least one of the available areas of the business:
Product Operation: Client Onboarding, Development of Materials
People Operation: Human Resources, Recruitment
General Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
Previous experience in Business Operations, sales, human resources, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space)
