• Manages the development and growth of Operation Analysts to advance the divisional missions and objectives

• Oversees recommendations of the Operations Analysts team related to operational dashboards, SLAs, operating procedures, governance structures and metrics for process and cost improvements.

• Educates to enhance capabilities of soft skills, technical skills, and business Domain Knowledge to the team.

• Supports hiring of personnel and performs performance reviews.
