Responsibilities
Explore various facets of our business, including operations and functional support, to develop a comprehensive understanding
Collaborate with internal team members to review processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Work alongside the team to implement proposed solutions and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts
Compile, organize, and format data in MS Excel to create informative reports for analysis
Conduct market research on ongoing business trends within the health tech industry, understanding the market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
Providing reports and updates on sales pipeline, activities, and results to management, supported by strong qualitative analysis and quantitative storytelling
Work closely with the team on day-to-day monitoring of all business functions, assisting in the execution and implementation of cross-functional project solutions, primarily involving Sales, Marketing, Events, Training, Planning, and Go-To-Market teams
Requirements
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Excellent English written and oral communication, and presentation skills
Experience in event planning and project management

- Completed a Bachelors degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Masters or PhD program.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
- Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
