AIG Insurance offers a broad range of products to customers through a diversified, multichannel distribution network.Corporate operations provide a wide range of services to the organization such as finance, internal audit, communications, security and human resources.What you need to know:Collections processes: register payments to the right policies via semi-automated or manual methodsProcess the registration and application of policies Collection management corresponding to the assigned accounts, broker and agent portfolio.Provide customer service, resolve situations presented by producers, insured and internal clients, related to premium payments, such as attention to unrecognized charges, duplicate charges and other collection questionsElaborate a monthly cash for premium receivablesReconciliation and administration of special accountsCollaborate in Collections projectsPerform priors cancellation of policies outside the agreement.Responsible to analyze and oversee the proper register of all payment transactions for assigned accounts/agentsGeneration of manual invoices for managed accounts or for system incidentsPreparation of reports corresponding to the assigned portfolioIdentification of deposits in the concentrator accounts for their entry and application.Monitoring and application of stand-alone cashResponsible to perform general ledger account analysis.Responsible for processing Cancellation and Reinstallation noticesCommunicate and train Producers and Distribution teammatesFile and organize Collections department information as required.Support Financial internal and external audits.Back up and support other Collection team members in matters related to collections area.What we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of studyThis position suits candidates with at least 1 year experience in the insurance industry as well as work related responsibilities.Proactive, resilientCustomer serviceProductivity improvementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical skills and detail orientedExcellent teamwork skillsLanguage skill: Basic English (desirable, not mandatory)Proficient in the use of MS Office suite products specially Excel (a must) and Word.A look at our benefits: At AIG, we have a 100-year legacy of working to make the world a better place.
