You’re not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand. Your ‘day to day’: The purpose of this role is to build outstanding consumer experiences in on premise, direct retail and pop-up stores building a strong brand equity that drives long term profitable growth & word of mouth for IQOS in Mexico. Increase brand awareness, power index, and NPS.

Increase experiential channels share of sales. Innovate in brand experiences for On Premise and Retail.

Build long lasting relationships with On Premise, accounts, retailers, and agencies.

  • Design a holistic brand experiential strategy for

On Premise, and retail channels. Including the ideal consumer in - store journey per type of venue, create differentiated activities to attack numerous consumer occasions in channels, and commercial partnerships.

  • Design the total experience for

On Premise, and retail channels.

  • Execute in partnership with agencies, and the commercial operations IQOS brand activations in

On Premise, and retail.

  • Measure and optimize brand activations to maximize sales and consumer exposure.
  • Connect channel experiences with content partners, social, and other communication channels.
  • Find commercial partnerships that delivers joint experiences for IQOS communities.
  • Budget management of experiential and retail channel experiences.
  • Establish the target, type of venue, occasion, and the shopping mission that needs to be impacted by the brand in each channel.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Business administration and/or Marketing degree
  • '8-10 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or marketing.
  • Capability to manage BTL agencies, and knowledgeable of the

On Premise top accounts in the Mexican market place.

  • Ability to work in cross functional teams with social, content partners, PR, and communications.
  • People Management and coaching.
  • Agency briefing, and concept development.
  • Proficient English
  • Negotiations skills
  • People Management
  • Sales experience is a must as we need a person that understand their commercial counterpart.
