- Plan, execute, and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay up to date with Digital Marketing best practices and contribute innovative ideas to enhance Egis' digital presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market needs or opportunities for digital solutions developments (in coordination with the director of Innovation)
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges related to potential digital solutions.
- Engage with the marketing and innovation team to conceptualize digital solutions (design, branding, user experience)
- Drive rapid tests to assess the market, including the creation of landing pages for digital campaigns, designing simple UX/UI solutions, etc.
- Lead analysis to gauge market interest regarding these tests
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree desirable.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish. French desirable.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing or similar role
- Strong proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools.
- Experience with landing page creation and optimization.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing analytics and tracking tools.
- Basic project management skills
