Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and Management: Coordinate and help gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to task.
• Proactively assist the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps. Serve as primary interface between requests and vendor/outside Project Managers

• Contribute in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of NOCC's products and services
• Manage project scope including: Management and documentation of project kick-off meetings (internal & vendors). Chip in to development of and then manage ongoing project timelines
• Supervising and maintaining milestones. Change request management and validation. Facilitation of project meetings both internal and external. Review of all project deliverables for quality and accuracy
• Tracking of features and requirements for design and development; including translation of these requirements into live project documents, including site IA, wire frames and functional/creative briefs
• Maintenance of project documentation. Communication of project status, risks and assumptions to stakeholders.
• Quality and reporting: To ensure that our project delivery is best in class. Ensure that relevant external standards are understood and incorporated where appropriate within programs. Ensure that all delivery project teams understand how quality relates to them and their role in delivery. Ensure all delivery projects have detailed QA activities planned, implemented and reported.

Role Requirements
• B.Tech in CS / IT, MCA, MS, MBA or equivalent.
• English proficiency.
• +3 years of proven experience handling Digital/technology focused projects or driving key initiatives within the digital marketing specifically for Content management Systems.
• A Project Manager with strong Technical background. VEEVA experience managing assets and functionalities as well as reports and data. Good experience in managing delivery of projects across complex matrix & global environments. Planning, assigning and directing work, time, materials, people
• Strong experience in CMS setup and configuration. Experience working as PM / Business Analyst / Technical Consultant / Module Lead in an IT organization (CMMi Level 5) company is most preferred
• Digital experience/knowledge, Pharma experience is of benefit but not crucial. Creating functional/creative briefs based on an understanding of what is technically possible for a specific build. Deliverables created are based on storyboarding for middle-management
• Knowledge of Vendor/supplier management. Sophisticated communication and management skills. Supporting collaboration, good team work skills
• Pro-active in handling complex situations & problems. Influencing and persuading all stakeholders. Can present key messages and analysis balancing right mix of detail and business sense in a conversational style during teleconferences with multiple customers
