Grow your career as a successful Distribution Account Analyst within Hyatt Inclusive Collection, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, you will perform balance reconciliations in a timely manner and correctly follow up on discrepancies and to chargeback. You will provide timely information to hotels about problems with the collection of reservations and possible fraudulent reservations.
A successful Distribution Account Analyst will:
- Prepare the deposit report for the entire population for the accounting department.
- Supervise accounts receivable balances and reserve deposits.
- Investigate and solve ChargeBack problems with clients who travel through the HIC portal.
- Handle and reconciliation of pending payments with JetPay and Roiback.
- Provide timely information to hotels about problems with the collection of reservations and possible fraudulent reservations.
A successful Distribution Account Analyst will have:
- Bachelor´s degree in hospitality, Accounting, Finance or Business degree
- At least 2 year of experience in account receivable or reservations department
- Accounting and Microsoft Office experience
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills, both written and spoken with clear communication skills
- Excellent conflict-resolution skills
