The Team
You will be a part of the finance BI and reporting team, working closely with finance leaders and deciphering the Finance Business requirements into reports and data solutions.

What You Bring To The Team (Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) may be preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Financial Software: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, as well as advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific financial trends and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and establish positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Problem-solving Orientation: Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the capacity to think critically and provide strategic recommendations.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial systems, ERP software, and other relevant technologies used in financial analysis.
